We are a family-owned business in its second generation now. The founder is a West Germany-trained technocrat, with 50 years of experience in Advanced Cutting Tool technology. The second generation has now added value to this enterprise by driving investments in modern technology for manufacturing and quality compliance.

What started off as a well-equipped tool room to cater to the small growing industrial town of Nasik, is now a full-fledged world-class facility for manufacturing some of the most critical cutting tools, in carbide and tool steels, for the Aerospace, Small Arms, Navy, Power, and Automotive Industry.

Today we are able to offer customized solutions to almost all cutting tool applications be it threading, milling, drilling, reaming, and profile machining for challenging materials ranging from Titanium, Inconel, and Die Steels. Some of our end mills are now being run at 62HRc with a customer life expectation of 200 meters.
