The European Club for Countertrade and Offset (ECCO) is an Association incorporated under French law and established in 2010. It aims to bring together parties involved in Offsets, Industrial Participation and/or countertrade activities.

Offset refers to a specific kind of contractual obligation applying to major international public procurement markets, such as markets in the fields of defense, energy, transport, telecommunications, or other kinds of infrastructure. Under such obligations, the supplier commits to creating or transferring added value in its customer’s country.
