Following six years of research and development, the F-22 Fighter Jet first flew on September. 7, 1997, located in Marietta, Georgia. The Raptor continues to provide the USA and its allies with air supremacy and is a stepping stone for the future of air supremacy.

The future F-22 modernization will be focused on datalink, sensor, and survivability improvements in an ever-changing threat landscape.
